Who We Are
Known for our customized presentations, learning games, and technical savvy, our ESOP communication team has been making the complexities of employee ownership understandable to participants for more than 30 years. Also known as Workplace Development, we joined the Blue Ridge family of companies in 2023 after decades of providing culture and communication services to some of the most successful ESOPs in the nation. Building upon the leadership and foundation of nationally renowned ESOP communication consultants Jim Bado and Cathy Ivancic, this merge added a new level of technical expertise under the umbrella of the nation’s leading ESOP administration firm. Since joining Blue Ridge, our team has quickly expanded to include bilingual communication professionals (English and Spanish) and extensive virtual and video communication capabilities.
